Crave Cookies - Joliet

The cookies are great, that’s not why I am giving them 5 stars though. I don’t know if she’s the owner, manager, or an employee. But the woman that’s usually behind the counter and the way she talks about their product is incredible. She brings loving what you do to another level. I have never heard anyone talk about their job the way she talks about cookies. The pride she takes is infectious. It was like Ted Lasso selling cookies

We had such an excellent experience here. We just happened to be passing through on our way home in another state. We got amazing cookies and loaded drinks. Everyone here was exceptionally nice. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll make sure I come back.

OK, this is the best cookie shop in town! Everyone in there is so nice. Definitely feel like they want you to have a great Cookie experience. Manager on duty is THAT GIRL!

Greeted by multiple people and had a cashier with great recommendations. We especially loved Soonah ( sorry if I spelled this wrong) because she had such a great personality, made us feel good about our decisions, complimented us, and even let us try a small chocolate chip cookie. First time purchasing here and will definitely be back!

I got a chance to try Crave Cookies on a recent trip to Joliet. This is my first time trying any Crave location, but have tried similar businesses. The service was good, very attentive and helpful. The prices did seem high compared to other specialty cookie stores. I tried four cookies, a chocolate chip, cookies & cream, coconut cream pie and a Dubai. The cookies were all a very generous size, the Dubai and the chocolate chip came warm and chewy. Definitely a favourite was the chocolate chip. Overall a great first experience, would definitely recommend you try out Crave Cookies for your next sweet tooth craving.
